Douglas Jacobsen | Chairman of the Board, JH Capital Group
Douglas Jacobsen is the Chief Executive Officer of Jacobsen Holdings and the Chief Executive Officer of JH Portfolio Debt Equities, LLC, DBA, JH Capital Group (www.jhcapitalgroup.com). He is also the Chairman of the Board of Credit Control, LLC, Global EDGE, LLC, and a Managing Director of Credit Max.
Jacobsen Holdings, LLC: Mr. Jacobsen was a founder and principal of a well-known Western U.S. development company, Realty Bancorp Equities, LLC, (“RBE”). At RBE, Mr. Jacobsen was the driving force behind the development of over $450,000,000 of retail, office and industrial properties. In 2000, he started his own development company, Jacobsen Holdings, LLC and continues to manage and develop real estate primarily in Southern California. Jacobsen Holdings, LLC currently owns shopping centers anchored by Best Buy, Home Depot, Albertsons, Walgreens, etc.

Jay Cherry | President & Co-Founder, Global EDGE, LLC.
Mr. Cherry has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services and risk management industries. Prior to founding Global EDGE, he held the position of Vice President of Global Operations for a publicly traded financial services company. In this role, he had full oversight to a $230 million P&L , headcount exceeding 1,400, and four business units across the U.S. and India. Mr. Cherry also lead the successful start-up and growth of an international company, which now ranks as the 37th Most Desirable Company in which to work in India.
Throughout his career, Mr. Cherry has demonstrated a strong capability in building innovative and efficient processes which drive long-term and sustained organizational value, as well as managing the direct turn-around of distressed organizations.
Finally, Mr. Cherry is a United Stated Marine Corps veteran, having served five (5) years for his country. He is a graduate of Faulkner University with a BA in Business Administration, holds a Green Belt Certification is Six Sigma Methodology and is a graduate of the ABA School of Bank Card Management at the University of Oklahoma.
Todd Harrington | Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel, Global EDGE, LLC.
Mr. Harrington brings over 25 years of technical, legal and operational experience to the company. He is responsible for all operational and legal activity and has served in similar capacities in both privately held and publicly traded companies.
Prior to Global EDGE, Mr. Harrington served as COO and General Counsel and then President and CEO of a multi-million dollar technology company, responsible for executing the strategic vision of the company and developing and structuring all strategic relationships and opportunities. Mr. Harrington is also licensed to practice law in California and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and spent many years in private practice before entering executive management.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Harrington was an electrical engineer, working for several aerospace companies on NASA and DOD contracts.
John Nokes | Chief Information Officer, Global EDGE, LLC.
Mr. Nokes is a technical business executive with hands-on experience in virtualizing and automating multi-million dollar enterprises and a successful record in creating robust technology teams and infrastructure. With 11 years of financial industry experience, managing network and data security within strict FCP guidelines, Mr. Nokes implements IT solutions to overcome business issues, while managing costs and risks. A United States Marine Corps veteran, Mr. Nokes served six years for his country.
Cheryl Patton, PMP | Director of Operations, Global EDGE, LLC.
Mrs. Patton has extensive experience in strategic utilization and deployment of information technology to support operation functions. Adept in the management of specialized projects, system enhancements, and business strategies, Mrs. Patton has the proven ability to execute technical and operational projects, and service level objectives. Mrs. Patton graduated from Concordia University in St. Paul, MN with a BA in Information Technology Management, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
