Inside Sales/Business Development Associate - We are seeking an energetic individual with excellent phone communication skills to proactively pursue new business opportunities. In this role, you will describe products and services offered by Global EDGE, answer all questions associated with product and services, and determine if prospects can utilize our products and/or services. Base salary plus commission.
Customer Support Representative - We are seeking a candidate with a positive can-do attitude that is detailed-oriented, articulate and able to work independently. In this role you will be responsible for delivering superior customer service in our call center, handling both inbound and outbound calls. In this position you may also be responsible for evaluating risk conditions, conducting research and ensuring all work is accurate.
